This selection has most of the songs I love. Two bad things are ... (1) the recording is low-grade, and (2) names of pianists are non-existent.
Oh well. I still give it thumbs-up though.

my cds were standard recording quality
an overall good selection. It is sometimes hard to jump from different composers, but the cds flow well overall, an excellent way to catch a masterpiece you might have missed.

I bought this a week ago. I have never heard such bad recordings before. The first CD is the worst. There are loud scratching sounds, some songs are extremely hard to hear. Other CDs are better, but none are top quality. Great selection, but the poor recording quality makes it difficult to "lose yourself" in the music.
